Here you can establish the rental seasons during which you want to rent your objects and can assign the pricing models of your choice. Once you have entered all necessary data for your object, you can then access a unique HTML building block for each of your objects. The building block is a small chunk of text that you simply paste into your website. The best location for this building block is inside an existing description of your object. The building block comes in two formats and either displays a reservation calendar for a three-month time period or provides a link which can be clicked on to open the reservation calendar in a pop-up window.

  • How Your Guests Rent

    The reservation calendar in the rental area (front end) shows a three-month time period in which available and booked days are indicated. Visitors to your website have the option of simply clicking on a begin date and an end date to initiate a new reservation. In doing so, only available days will be displayed for selection. Your guest then chooses from the additional options you have chosen to make available and can also calculate the total price automatically. In the next step, your guest enters their contact information including address and selects a payment method.

    After the completion of the reservation process, your guest will receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail. Attached to this e-mail is the same reservation confirmation in PDF format. Also located in the attachments is an appointment calendar entry which can be opened automatically in current calendar software programs.

  • Overview of Your Reservations and the Utilised Capacity of Your Rental Objects

    You will be informed of every incoming reservation via e-mail. New reservations can be observed and managed in the back end of the software program. A brief overview of the utilised capacity of your holiday/vacation objects, apartments, or rooms is accessible in the booking schedule. The booking schedule will show you all free and booked time periods at a glance, including for multiple houses, flats/apartments, or rooms. With one simple click on your reservation calendar, you can plan and create new reservations.

    All you need is internet access in order to use the reservation system and manage your online reservation functions. In order to allow INBOOMA.NET to display your reservations on your website in their most up-to-date state, you will want to create and manage all your reservations in the administration area (back end) of INBOOMA.NET. This includes reservations made by telephone and in person. This is the only way to guarantee that the same object will not be assigned to two different guests. INBOOMA.NET ensures the single-time allocation of each of your objects to only one guest as long as all previously existing reservations are present in the back end.
